Lab infrastructure performance had issues with Horizon client the first few days. On the last two days, kubeapps was a bit laggy.

Nikodim Nikodimov and Peter Oberacher were fantastic instructors. The lab material is in depth and most of the time the labs responded exactly as the documentation claimed they would. That is rare and I commend the whole lab team. Access to the labs was consistent and reliable. As labs go, these were some of the best I’ve experienced and I’ve taken 9 years’ worth of VMware courses.

Labs were incredible to include the Lab manual, which I stated to my employer, was “like a reference manual in itself!” Very pleased with the course.

I think some of the labs were too short. I think the ones that challenge you to really learn how to work with the products and troubleshoot is where you learn, so the really basic ones as they are nice and quick, I think they should maybe just roll into another one. Also I think not saving the longest lab till the last day would be nice, perhaps have it earlier in the week.

This was my first live fire training, the instructor are very knowledgeable and in many technologies. I also liked the quality of the questions and sharing from the audience. The only negative thing if I may say but it is related of my lack of organization, is the length, all the topics are very interesting, but it is really hard to focus on 4 days while multitasking.

Working fine. Maybe allow to save keyboard layout during the livefire (had always to change from US to mine) But in general -> great stuff

Awesome job! I do have one suggestion though: give a little more thought on the pre-reqs. There’s a lot to cover in the class and if everyone is levelset with pre-reqs knowledge, it may go further. One more thing: the instructors went beyond and above to help everyone with the labs, which most of the time was trouble due to not following lab instructions.

With an infrastructure background, I wasn’t comfortable conducting presales workshops when there are developers in the audience. This LiveFire session helped me a lot to gain some confidence, the lab is so well organized and it is easy to get involved, and he instructors, wow, both Kevin and Kostantin (the K² special agents) are very knowledgeable, they were capable of simplify too much complex subjects, kudos for the LiveFire behind the scene, and I hope to have the opportunity to attend another course from them 🙂

Very good class. I personally had a large learning curve. Suggestion to include low level architecture diagrams for the labs for a pictural representation of what the labs are accomplishing. At times it was difficult to picture how various components were connecting.
