Course Overview

The NSX V2T Livefire: Migration Strategies & Scenarios Workshop aims to prepare VMware partners to successfully implement complex end-to-end NSXv to NSX-T migrations. Course material builds on the fundamental knowledge acquired from achieving the VCP-NV certification and shifts the focus to the challenges of real-world migrations and production-grade deployments.  Attendees will learn how to properly assess an NSXv environment and propose the most effective migration strategy based on the current state and the new NSX-T solutions’ customer requirements. An extensive Multi-Site hands-on lab will guide the student through the multiple approaches available. The attendee will be able to appreciate the strengths, limitations, and challenges of the different strategies. Individuals will exit this course with the confidence and competence necessary to plan and implement successful NSXv to NSX-T migrations.
